We had a family member that was a patient there for 2 weeks. The best part of our experience was Ashley in admissions. She was always kind and available. Beyond that, I’m not sure how any review is more than 1 star. The facility hasn’t been updated in some time. The smell is terrible. The communication was nonexistent. This facility had 5 star ratings, so we were so shocked when we walked in. Employees must’ve been submitting reviews to have a 5 star rating. I would strongly encourage visiting prior to intake. I do understand for some that there’s not many options.

My mom was there for a week and the experience was not good. The facility itself is in need of improvements. The mattresses were coming apart, and all equipment was dated. There was a constant smell of urine and poop. However, the lack of professionalism is appalling. They sent my mom out to the hospital and did not contact us. The hospital called to let us know she was there. The hospital said there was nothing wrong and tried to send her back. No one would come to the door and when the doctor attempted to call the administrator, he would not answer the phone. Three ambulance rides later, she ends up back in the hospital. It’s been almost a week now and I still have not heard anything from this facility. I would not recommend this facility to anyone

Nasty nasty nasty! Smells horrendous of Urine. So strong its smacks you in the face upp entry. Urine so strong you need to wear a mask and breath out your mouth. Staff always on phones and never know anything. Staff look tired and underpaid and outdated just like the furniture and facility. I wouldnt let a dead dog stay there. Thank God we got my uncle moved to a better facility. Yall sould be ashamed to have this facility open. No real therapy for clients. Nobody eats cause food is nasty and not nutritional. I hope to never have to visit here again.

I wouldn’t send my dog there. My mom fell twice. And had bruises all over her. she call for somebody to come and help her . Nurse would Tell her she’s next like she’s a dog or something you know she’s somebody’s mother she’s somebody’s sister somebody’s aunt somebody’s grandmother great grandmother so sad they don’t care. Her clothes never got washed as they said they would wash them. They kept half her clothes of course they couldn’t find them unbelievable

When I visited my loved one who was there short-term, I was always greeted with a smile or “Hey, how are you?” One time, I was even asked if I needed anything. I have been to other facilities over the years, and they wouldn’t have been fit to run a lemonade stand. This was totally different, and the staff was always pleasant.

Everything good to say about this place, especially Karen Stoll and the activity department, which are a great aspect. I can tell all the residents and guests love her. ❤️

I’ve been commissioned to this Facility on several occasions. The patients always seem to be in Good Spirits.

I was shocked to see the condition of the room and bathroom. Nowhere to download the pics. He also had flies all over his food too! There was a man naked in the hall. My friends on Facebook said the bathroom looked like a prisoners bathroom. It was dirty, had paint severely peeling off wall, and the furniture inside and outside was so torn and worn. Even Goodwill orvthe Salvation Army probably wood trash it. The walk way on the side of building was severely cracked , broken, lifted up that I almost took a terrible fall. I tripped.

My brother was transferred to this facility after his back surgery. I’ve been pleased with the friendly staff and medical team. They each answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The treatment my brother is receiving here has been top notch. We are truly pleased with his progress and quality of care.

The staff was very attentive for admission. Facility entry is warm and welcoming, however the clients rooms are dated but clean and functional.

This place is absolutely terrible! My friend has been in there for about a year. Sometimes she doesn’t get her breakfast and/or lunch. Or they’ll put it on her tray table but she’s partially paralyzed and they don’t push the table close enough for her to reach it. She has to practically beg to get her diaper changed. If they had given her physical therapy I believe she would have been out of there already. But they won’t. I made her a quilt and nobody knows where it is. She had food stored in the kitchen and when she asked for it, it was gone. I know the staff is underpaid and overworked, but don’t just take a job because it pays. You need to really care about your patients and want to help improve their situations.
Don’t take patients with trachs or whom are a brain injury
Very friendly and very helpful .
